1. Jog the machine to half index, this allows for the easiest removal of the cam springs.
2. Remove the cam springs to allow the cam levers to move freely.
3. Loosen the cam shaft bolt.
4. While supporting the cam bank pull the cam shaft bolt out of the slot. Make sure to not pull the cam shaft extension out of its slot.
5. Change out the cams. When putting new cams on the cam bank make sure the tick marks face towards the nut. Cam order is spindle 3-2-4-1-5.
6. Put the cam bank back into the machine. Start by lining up offset keyway on the right side of the bank. Once that keyway is lined up the cam shaft bolt should slide in easily. Once the cam saft bolt is mostly in spin the bolt to align the keyway on the left side of the cam bank.
7. Tighten the cam shaft bolt with a wrench.
8. Reattach the cam springs.
